2.4.16. Oil replacement


The prevention

Oil varies only after transmission warming up.

Oil (or трансмиссионная a liquid) is replaced at first through 25000 km, and then through each 50000 km of run.

1. Lift the car and establish on supports. Substitute the pallet under a drain stopper.
2. Turn away a drain stopper which is in the bottom part картера a check point, and a stopper of a control aperture sideways on картере. Merge oil in the pallet.
3. Tighten a stopper of a drain aperture with the moment 27 Н.м. Fill in oil, being guided by the applicability diagramme. Finish level of oil to an aperture bottom edge. Tighten a stopper and lower the car.

1. The liquid varies only on transmission, разогретой to normal working temperature. Establish the car on an equal surface. Substitute the pallet under a drain stopper.

The prevention

On some transmissions the drain stoppers screwed in the demountable pallet are provided. If the stopper is absent to merge oil, it is necessary to remove the pallet.

2. Turn out bolts of fastening of the pallet картера, except for angular bolts which turn on on three turns.
3. A rubber hammer cautiously displace the pallet, simultaneously holding it. Merge oil completely and remove the pallet. Remove the filter of rough clearing and a reflector.
4. Clear the pallet and a reflector. Wash out привалочные planes of the pallet solvent and соскребите the consolidation rests.
5. Establish the new filter.
6. Establish a new lining, having tracked correctness of its arrangement. Fix a lining, temporarily having screwed pallet bolts.
7. Establish the pallet and tighten bolts with the moment 10 Н.м.
8. Fill in a liquid through a tube щупа. Start the engine and while wheels are lifted, switch transfers. Finish level to label COLD and check up presence of a leak of a liquid.
9. Make a trip and finish level to mark HOT. To exceed this level it is not supposed.
