The prevention

Idling turns on diesel engines are regulated through each 50000 km of run.


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Put the car on a manual brake and enclose колодки under driving wheels.
2. Put the check point lever in neutral position.
3. Warm up the engine to normal working temperature.
4. Connect a tachometre according to the instruction of the manufacturer.
5. If turns differ from standard adjust them for what turn away a counternut of the adjusting screw and rotate the screw (turning or turning on), yet normal turns of idling until then will not be established.

ADJUSTMENT OF THE RAISED TURNS OF IDLING

Adjustment of the raised turns of idling

Disconnect hoses 1 and 2 from the vacuum distributor.


Connect the union 1 and 2 piece of a tube.


3 both 4 – the screw and a counternut for adjustment of turns of idling


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Warm up the engine to normal working temperature.
2. Connect a tachometre according to the instruction of the manufacturer.
3. Disconnect hoses from the vacuum distributor and connect the union to a piece of a tube in diameter of 4,0 mm.
4. Release an adjusting nut and adjust turns of idling which should be within 850–950 rpm.
5. Tighten an adjusting nut and remove a tachometre.
