Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
The cranked shaft after distributor removal did not turn
1. Having turned a cranked shaft, will expose the piston of 1st cylinder in position ВМТ of a step of compression. ВМТ it is defined on compression increase at closing by a finger of an aperture for a candle. At sensation of a compression combine adjusting to risk on a cranked shaft with a label "0" on a cover of a drive of the mechanism timing.
2. Disconnect the battery from weight, disconnect from the distributor all sockets, including high-voltage, and paste on them identification labels (if necessary).
3. Disconnect a hose from a vacuum regulator (if is available).
4. Put labels of mutual orientation of the case of the distributor concerning a head of cylinders or the block of cylinders and also бегунка concerning the distributor case to facilitate assemblage.
5. Turn away a bolt of fastening of a collar of the distributor, remove a collar and get the distributor from a head of cylinders.
6. Establish a new sealant, preliminary having oiled it for the engine and establish the distributor in a head of cylinders, having combined the labels put at dismantling. Wrap by hand a fastening bolt.
7. Attach a wire and a hose to a vacuum regulator.
8. Attach to the distributor all sockets and high-voltage wires.
9. Connect the battery to weight. Start the engine, establish the moment of ignition and adjust idling turns (subsection 3.1.6 and subsection 3.1.7 see).

10. If the cranked shaft after distributor removal turned, turn out a candle of 1st cylinder.
11. Turn a cranked shaft in a direction of normal rotation until then while in an aperture of a candle the compression will not start to be felt.
12. Continue to turn a cranked shaft before combination of adjusting labels at which the piston of 1st cylinder will be in ВМТ a compression step.
13. Establish the distributor and combine бегунок with inflow on the distributor cover, to corresponding 1 cylinder.
14. Check up and if necessary establish the ignition moment.
