THE GENERAL DATA

The prevention

During assemblage new fixing bolts of the bottom and top sections oil картера will be necessary for you.


Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a wire of the minus plug of the accumulator.
2. Put the car on a manual brake, lift a jack a forward part and fix it on the racks substituted under axes.
3. Turn off fixing bolts and remove a protective guard of the engine.
4. Merge engine oil, establish a new sealing lining and screw up заглушку a drain aperture. If term of replacement of oil and the oil filter comes nearer, it is recommended to replace the filter on new, and upon termination of works to fill the engine with new engine oil.
5. Unscrew a forward axis from longerons and slowly lower it that the backlash sufficient for removal oil картера was formed.

The prevention

This procedure is not obligatory for spending, if you are going to remove only the bottom section oil картера.


6. Ослабьте also unscrew bolts, крепящие the bottom section oil картера to the top.
7. Uncouple connection, having struck by the bottom part картера a hand palm.
8. Disconnect the bottom part oil картера from the engine, trying not to damage маслоприемный a branch pipe and the mesh filter of the oil pump.
9. Remove a lining and throw out it.
10. Get щуп for measurement of level of oil from a tube.
11. Unscrew fixing bolts of a tube and get a tube from the top part oil картера. During carrying out of installation of a tube use new sealing rings.
12. Braid nuts, крепящие a returnable oil hose турбонагнетателя to the basic part oil картера and remove a hose.
13. Remove a lining and throw out it; in an installation time it is necessary to use the new.
14. Ослабьте a fixing clip also disconnect a returnable oil hose of the vacuum pump from oil картера.
15. Ослабьте also unscrew bolts, крепящие the transmission block to a back part oil картера.
16. Screw in and get bolts, крепящие the basic part oil картера to the block of cylinders.
17. Uncouple connection, having struck by the bottom part картера a hand palm.
18. Disconnect the basic part oil картера from the engine, trying not to damage маслоприемный a branch pipe and the mesh filter of the oil pump.
19. Check up a condition of sealing linings of covers of forward and back radical bearings.
20. If necessary, replace them.
21. Check up as маслоприемный a branch pipe and the mesh filter on presence of damages and replace it if necessary.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove all traces of a dirt and oil from joined surfaces oil картера and the block of cylinders.
2. Put герметизирующий structure on joined surfaces oil картера. Try to put hermetic so that it did not get to apertures of bolts.
3. Check up, that sealing linings of covers of forward and back radical bearings have been established correctly.
4. Put the top part oil картера to the block of cylinders, insert fixing bolts and tighten their hand.
5. Tighten all bolts by turns till the necessary moment of an inhaling (tighten bolts in diagonal sequence).
6. Insert bolts, крепящие a transmission casing to oil картеру, and tighten them.
7. Establish new linings on a tube of return of oil турбонагнетателя. Connect a tube to oil картеру and tighten counternuts.
8. Connect to oil картеру a hose of return of oil of the vacuum pump and fix a hose by means of a lock clip.
9. Establish new sealing rings on маслоприемный a branch pipe and grease with their engine oil. Insert a branch pipe on the place and tighten fixing bolts.
10. Check up, that joined surfaces of the bottom part oil картера were pure and dry, and put on them a hermetic layer. Put hermetic so that it has not got to apertures of bolts.
11. Establish on маслосборник a new lining and put it to oil картеру. Insert fixing bolts and tighten their hand, and then tighten bolts till the demanded moment of an inhaling.
12. Establish a forward axis.
13. Establish a protective plate of the engine and lower the car on the earth.
14. Fill in in the engine new engine oil and connect a wire of the minus plug of the accumulator.
