CAMSHAFT EPIPLOON

Replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a camshaft asterisk.
2. By means of a screw-driver accurately remove an epiploon, trying not to damage a camshaft or a casing.
3. Clear a nest of an epiploon and remove jags or sharp edges which could lead to an epiploon exit out of operation.
4. Grease an edge of a new epiploon with pure engine oil and establish an epiploon into place. If it is necessary, use оправку which is necessary for establishing on firm external edge of an epiploon.
5. Смойте the oil rests, then establish a camshaft asterisk.

FORWARD EPIPLOON OF THE CRANKED SHAFT

Replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove an asterisk of a cranked shaft (subsection 3.2.2.26 see).
2. Cautiously punch or drill in an epiploon two small holes opposite each other. Twist two self-cutting screws in both apertures and pull for screws flat-nose pliers to get an epiploon.
3. Прочистьте a groove of an epiploon also polish all agnails which first of all can lead to epiploon damage.
4. Grease edges of a new epiploon with pure engine oil.
5. Establish an epiploon on the end of a cranked shaft and insert it into a groove (the epiploon should act on 0,90,3 mm). In case of need to insert an epiploon into a groove, you can use tubular шлямбур which is necessary for establishing on firm external edge of an epiploon. Be very cautious and do not damage an epiploon edge in an installation time. Check up, that epiploon edges have been directed inside.
6. Establish an asterisk of a cranked shaft (subsection 3.2.2.26 see).

BACK EPIPLOON OF THE CRANKED SHAFT

Replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a flywheel.
2. Replace an epiploon. Do not forget that the epiploon should act on 1,250,3 mm.
3. Establish a flywheel.
