Supports optimum стехиометрический structure of a gas mixture for the purpose of the fullest combustion of fuel and decrease in toxic emissions. The system structure includes a vacuum drive, a regulator of giving of hot air, the valve of temperature indemnification (ITC-valve).
The system is mounted on the air filter.
When the engine idles on a vacuum drive and on the ITC-valve the signal is absent. In this condition the spring of a vacuum drive blocks the channel of access of hot air. At start-up of the cold engine through the ITC-valve on a vacuum drive depression moves, the drive works and completely opens заслонку a regulator of hot air. With growth of turns of the engine depression on a drive decreases, force of a spring of a drive starts to exceed force from depression and closes заслонку a regulator of hot air.
On the engine working in a normal mode, the ITC-valve blocks the channel conducting on soaking up collector and informs a vacuum drive with the air filter. In process of an air supply to a vacuum drive a diaphragm spring, operating on the control air valve, blocks the channel of hot air and opens air access.
In the conditions of long work idling, overcomings of liftings, long driving with high speed, the temperature in a motor compartment raises. It leads to the strengthened evaporation of fuel and to mix reenrichment. Reenrichment of a mix is at the bottom of unstable work of the engine idling and the raised maintenance WITH in the fulfilled gases. To avoid it the ITC-valve opens the channel informing the air filter with the soaking up collector, providing access of fresh air and impoverishing a mix.
