Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Depressurize fuel system.
2. Disconnect from atomizers of a tube direct and return топливопроводов.
3. Remove atomizers from the engine.
4. Remove from ring atomizers.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Moisten a new ring with diesel fuel and establish on an atomizer.
2. Establish atomizers on the engine.
3. Attach to atomizers of a tube direct and return топливопроводов, preliminary having replaced linings.

Check of atomizers


The prevention

Before test of atomizers put on goggles and gloves.


Check of pressure of opening of atomizers

It is checked by a special tester.

Pressure of opening:

Diesel engines С223 – Т 135 кГс/см2

Diesel engines С223 – 105 кГс/см2

Leak check

It is checked by a special tester.

At pressure 20 кГс/см2 leak is not supposed.

Appearance of a stream of fuel (fuel torch)

The torch at the left corresponds to a serviceable atomizer, other torches are created несиправными by atomizers.

The stream should represent a homogeneous cone. Otherwise an atomizer replace.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove atomizers.
2. Clamp an atomizer in a vice and ослабьте the bottom nut.
3. Turn out a bolt with internal apertures, remove a lining, turn on накидную a nut get a lining.
4. Get the adjusting screw, a spring and a rod.
5. Remove the union of a fuel tube, springs, turn away the bottom nut.
6. Turn away a counternut, remove the holder of an atomizer.
7. Adjust pressure of opening of an atomizer. The holder and a special tester is for this purpose necessary. Rotating the adjusting screw, achieve the necessary pressure of opening.
8. Wrap накидную a nut with the moment 3–4 Н.м.
9. Collect an atomizer, tighten the bottom nut with the moment 88 Н.м.
