PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift the car and establish on supports.
2. Put labels of mutual orientation of flanges forward карданного a shaft and a leading gear wheel of the main transfer, disconnect карданный a shaft.
3. Check up the resistance moment проворачиванию nuts of a leading gear wheel of the main transfer. At assemblage the nut should be tightened so that the resistance moment проворачиванию has remained.

The prevention

The resistance moment проворачиванию nuts of a leading gear wheel should be 20–30 Н.м.


4. Turn away a nut of a leading gear wheel and remove a washer.
5. Remove a flange of a leading gear wheel.
6. Hook and get an epiploon.
7. Clear and examine a condensed surface and a surface расточки under an epiploon in the reducer case.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Запрессуйте in the reducer case a new epiploon so that the epiploon plane has appeared заподлицо with the reducer case.
2. After epiploon installation it is necessary to establish a former tightness in bearings of a leading gear wheel.
3. For this purpose tighten a nut of a leading gear wheel so that the resistance moment проворачиванию nuts has remained. At a nut inhaling keep a flange.
4. Attach карданный a shaft, having combined the labels put at dismantling.
5. Check up oil level in a reducer.
