THE GENERAL DATA

Pedal adjustment

L1 – A pedal free wheeling

L2 – Pedal height

And – a backlash between the case of the switch of a signal of braking and a pedal

Adjustment
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Start the engine, press some times a pedal of gas and on the working engine measure height of a pedal from a body floor (L2). Be convinced that the pedal after pressing completely comes back in a starting position.
2. The distance is measured between a floor and a pedal overlay.
3. Stop the engine, press some times a pedal of a brake and check up a pedal free wheeling (L1).

Backlash between the case of the switch of a signal of braking and a pedal

If results of check of a free wheeling of a pedal differ from norm adjust a pedal as follows.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a wire from the backing switch.
2. Release a nut of the switch of a backing, take away the switch from a pedal.
3. Release a counternut of a pusher and adjust pedal height.
